Friday, March 15, 2024 - The scent has a touch of brioche cheese and fresh baguette.
The wine has a very fine mouse. The major taste is of golden yellow apples, a minor bit of chalk and rose hip.
Its not a super complex wine, i think we can wait at least 10 years to open it up again. Its a good champagne but a little monotom.
