Saturday, October 20, 2012 - Splash decanted half an hour. Cork was dry as dust. Slightly corked on the bouquet. Palate showed a bit of reduction and game against some bright cherry and plum backdrop. Didn't enjoy this as much as previous nights and wondered if this was an off bottle. Will come back to remainder of bottle over next few days and may change assessment but for now no rating.
