Friday, November 23, 2007 - needed about a our of air in a wide mouth decanter, but then it was really nice. fruit is in transition more on the plum / prune side , layered, not flashy, not sweet but present. lots of spice, earth, garrigue and meaty at first but mellows to a well intergrated flavor profile. wine is in transition and beginning to show secondary elements. just starting to drink well IMO, will taste again in a year or so.
