Friday, February 2, 2018 - This bottle really gained weight with air. At first it was somehow bland with almost sweet canned/dried apricot, exotic fruit and fruit cake. Over time it developed more acidity and way more structure. The fruit become more exotic and more stone-fruit driven with more limestone and less oak. It blossomed to become a beautiful rich wine. Worth seeking out for sure. Decant if you want a great bottle faster.
