Tuesday, January 25, 2011 - I smell none of the typical aged riesling smells, such as petrol; however, I do smell some canned vegetables...sort of like an aged sauvignon blanc, some lemon, lime, and butter. The taste is very citrusy with jolyrancher lemon, lime, and green apple. The finish has a juicy marshmallow overtone, which I like. This is a pretty unique aged riesling and I'm glad I have another one.
