Monday, June 6, 2005 - Better in the tasting room...light yellow straw like color and a nose of mineral and slate with faint pineapple and citrus. There was an acidic tartness that seemed a little off, and a bit of a spicey bite at the end that both my wife and I noticed. Not totally undesirable, but a surprise for both if us in a chardonnay.
