Tuesday, July 5, 2016 - Sourced from Flickingers and consumed with a whole grilled chicken after a one-hour decant, the wine was very nice. Almost pitch black in colour. Tannic and a bit rustic. A lot of cassis. Seems currently near the beginning of a very long drinking window. If blind, I might have guessed St. Estephe? My only history with this wine is the 1990, which I liked even more!
