Monday, December 28, 2015 - Still drinking well! Cork broke a little on extraction, but not much. Some age visible, but less than expected, garnet rim. A savoury nose, a little closed at first, but soon opened up to an aroma of sweet red fruits. Red fruits carried through to the palate, with some dark cherries, and still good acidity. Still very much alive and improved with time in glass.
