Tuesday, December 14, 2010 - Relatively light color. Combination of mature Riesling petrol, green apple, and cinnamon. Clean and botrytis-free. Lively acidity, light feel. I expected a 3 star Auslese to veer toward BA concentration and sweetness; much to my astonishment, this drank much more like a Spatlese. Excellent and very alive.
