Sunday, July 27, 2014 - Colour: clearly an old wine. Garnet but with some background depth. Bouquet: peppery, stewed fruit.
Taste: characteristic syrah overtones, good length and fruit obviously from a good year (but year unidentifiable from label). Opened one night earlier but went better with food 24 hours later.
