Thursday, June 28, 2012 - Wow. This was an excellent cab. Beautiful coloring - dark garnet/ruby colored. Plum notes hit hard on front end and has a nice finish. Full body wine but more elegant than powerful. Very well balanced. Was delicious for pizza nite, but maybe even better paired with a juicy bone in ribeye.
