Monday, April 3, 2000 - NobleRottersSydney - Riesling + Shiraz (Darling Mills, Glebe): Pale yellow. A sweetish tinge to the green apple aromas – I’d swear I could detect a touch of botrytis. The palate is dry, quite austere, with an almost flinty texture. Seems very much in need of more time.
