Sunday, April 1, 2007 - Brought to a birthday dinner at a restaurant, decanted only a short time, so it didn't have time to open up completely. But, this is a great wine. Still a bit too young and hasn't reached its full potential. I believe it would have been better to let this decant longer, but this was not an option with a big dinner party. Thankfully I have another bottle to wait on. Another outstanding Pride wine.
