Tuesday, November 27, 2012 - Amber in colour. Extremely intense, slightly lifted nose, honey with a piercing acid streak, some raisins. Extremely concentrated palate, spicy, very complex, honeyed and, I hate to say, but not very "icy", having some obvious raisin and caramel tones to it, more like a BA/TBA. Good acidity but not what I'd expect of the eiswein. Very-very long, sweet lemon tea aftertaste.
