Wednesday, June 13, 2012 - Not sure what to think of this one. 100% pinot blanc and it somehow actually taste like pinot blanc. Some orchard fruit, basically no bubbles, it tastes more like a wine than a champagne. While enjoyable, I thought this was quite forward.
