Wednesday, March 14, 2012 - Limited experience with PS, but I like what I'm tasting. Decanted two hours, poured back to bottle. Regally purple in color, with teeth staining intensity. Plum, sandelwood, macerated black cherries on the nose. Black and blue on the palate with pitch perfect balance. Drinking beautifully now! Hard to find any faults. My first Hayfork. This will make it much more difficult to sit on the Cabs.
