Saturday, September 24, 2011 - Freshly opened, it was deep rich and raisiny. Two hours in the decanter, and became incredibly smooth. Incredibly fruity, reminded me at times of a clean italian wine before i remembered that its a zin and the corresponding characteristics started to overwhelm my thoughts.
