Saturday, September 29, 2007 - Stark’s: This wine had nice classic cabernet character, tobacco, blackberry, earth notes, and well integrated for a 2001; the mouth/flavors were smooth, intense, beautiful. This had nice balance, classic character, and showed well at 6 yrs old.
