Thursday, October 14, 2010 - A mid-weight Chambertin of impeccable balance. Fine yet complex showing notes of sour cherries, dried flowers, Dutch liquorice and a hint of Indian spice. It is sweet and lacy with lovely poise, will definitely put a few of these away for the long term.
