Saturday, January 1, 2011 - NYE night.... 2 hour decant. We were drinking some Bordeaux wines before we got to this Pinot, so the flavors were very sweet. Maybe a little too sweet at the time, but this will be fantastic in 5 yrs. I will put the remaining bottles to sleep.
