Friday, January 24, 2020 - When PnP, it has rather sweaty flavours. With about 30 minutes of aeration, layers of red fruits start revealing themselves, along with lively acid and spices. The flavours are complex and ethereal, and keep gaining more depth and weight throughout the night. Wonderful stuff
