Wednesday, December 9, 2015 - Nice ripe fruit. The high alcohol (15%) doesn't dominate. With just a little bit of air time, opened up beautifully. Would have score a bit higher if the finish was a little longer. Not too bad for a sub par year of CDP. Had with braised short ribs.
