Saturday, November 28, 2015 - Very ripe and opulent. Had a slightly oxidative nose at first but opened up very well. Oak, butter, white flowers, apricots and spices. Acid med-. Full bodied. Drink now, at the top of its game. And please, do not match this with a delicate course!
