Thursday, March 9, 2017 - Dark color, almost purple-black. Earth, spice and floral notes on the nose. Barely any fruit left, tannins were silky smooth. Drank like a fine wine that was fading, it couldn't stand up to beef rib pappardelle. Drink it now, before it completely fades.
