Monday, January 16, 2006 - The flavors feature coffee, caramel and honey mixed with dried fruits. Once opened, you can keep this wine in the refrigerator for up to six weeks without risk of deterioration. A very youthful 75 years old. The wine was made in a rancio style by leaving it in the sun in glass bonbonnes and then aging it in demi-muids of 600 liters for more than 60 years.

    Wife and I usually spend at least 3 months finishing our wines of this segment. They do develop nicely! And it also allows us to keep a whole orchestra of great wines available for cheese-whims etc.
    Try it, I'm sure you will be happy.
