Thursday, December 20, 2012 - Getting ready for the holidays with a Burgundy dinner (The Bristol - Chicago IL): Slightly floral start, accompanied by apple and pear aromas. Same on palate with a lemon finish. Great minerality and acidity. Lots of lift and energy on finish.
