Saturday, May 6, 2023 - Attractive aged Burgundy nose, autumnal, sous-bois and earth. Angular on the palate, with pronounced tannins (terroir?) and a hard acid spine (vintage?). It's a wine where the midpalate is dominated by the structure, so one needs to take care in matching this with gruntier food. Lovely nose though.
