Saturday, April 25, 2015 - Decanted for 1 hour and this wine needed a little air due to its youth from a strong vintage. Slightly overripe with a little prune on the nose and finish. However, there is a nice elegance to the wine with a central core of Grand Cru reddish fruit. Little menthol and herbaceous on the nose. While not my favorite producer, it did go nicely with grilled salmon, wild rice, and brussel sprouts.
