Tuesday, July 20, 2010 - Pink color with orange hints. Aromas of bay, allspice, watermelon, red berries and alcohol. The initial palate impression is of watermelon, cantaloupe, and bay leaf. That is quickly followed by a big hit of alcohol. The finish is almost like rose and vodka. Served at 58F cellar temperature. If this can figure out how to balance out the heat, it will be fine; otherwise, a disappointment.
