Wednesday, December 29, 2010 - Orange-salmon color. Smoky bay, cherry, cranberry, and garrigue on the nose. Palate follow with tart cherry and cranberry notes riding on a bay-dominated herbal savory character. The finish is medium and has a nice acidity to keep it refreshing. Good wintertime rose, as this has more stuffing than your typical pink from further south. Drink.
