Friday, December 30, 2011 - This is becoming my favorite botteling from St. Innocent. A real sense of place. The signature of this winery is the intense perfume that he is able to get in all the pinots. Cloves, spices and lovely strawberry and raspberry. Powerful but balanced mouthfeel with a touch of anise.
