Saturday, June 18, 2011 - Took two bottles to a Spanish themed dinner party and everyone wanted to buy some. Really developing well in the bottle. The nose has a combination of red and black fruits and a pleasant rustic earthy component. It tastes like it smells. A very balanced wine. My only wish is that Adam would have made more of it.
