Tuesday, May 2, 2017 - Starts with barnyard then floral and cherry notes on the nose. Full rich palate of cherry, long slightly sharp a acidic finish that craves some food.
After being open a while the barnyard fades to more of a secondary stinky cheese with ripe cherry and stem notes at the forefront.
This is great right now.
