Sunday, January 10, 2021 - 3/3, good cork (20% soaked). Medium/deep garnet core, wide pale mahogany rim. Nose is initially quite mute, opening slowly to reveal red fruit, florals, baking spice. Medium bodied, quite soft and tactile on the mid-palate, with red fruit, spice, touch of vanilla, balanced acidity, just a touch if gaminess on the long. slightly grippy finish. Drinking well.
