Sunday, June 13, 2021 - Ripe and mature with a steely backbone and firm acidity. Deliciously complex and very dry flavors of ripe apples, petrol, lychee and metallic minerals. Finishes crisp and regal with a lifted finish and a grippy salty bite. Got better and better in the glass. Hard to put down after a while and great with food.
