Tuesday, December 31, 2013 - NYE at "The Yellow Plum" in NJ. A beautiful wine that came into its own after an hour in the decanter, cherries and plum with herbs and a touch of coffee dominate the very smooth palate. A nice linger finish was the perfect way to end one year and start the next.
