Wednesday, October 29, 2008 - Lots of dark fruit. The wine has definitely undergone some minor aging.
The fruit is a little muted with the wine showing some interesting Old World characteristics.
Dark fruit, gravel and some nice darker licorice aromas and flavors on the palate.
Not bad, but this was probably a bit past its prime. Still enjoyed by most.
