Wednesday, May 24, 2023 - A great, though quite mature nose of candied orange peel, nuts, brown butter and dried heather.

Fine, though still prominent tannins, a fair bit of oak. Cinnamon, limestone, a saline influence and a long finish with caramel and dried mushroom.
