Saturday, April 9, 2016 - Upon opening, raw wood on the nose, with sweet fruit on the palate. Tannins are strong, with a bitter kick in the back. After 3 hours of decanting, the wood got more integrated, with some mature cedar notes on the palate and a touch of flowers on the nose. Overall, a bit too new world to my taste and definitely young yet. Needs few more years.
