Thursday, February 8, 2018 - Opened and sat for 1 hour. This wine is ready to drink. I'm on bottle 4 of two cases and I don't taste any reason to postpone drinking this nice Bordeaux. Some sediment in all bottles. It's rich, plummy, dark, silky, great finish. I bought it at $25 and it's a bargain; now selling at ~$60.
