Monday, March 28, 2022 - After an hour in the decanter, cassis, black cherries, plums, dark chocolate, cedar, mint, and eucalyptus. Good acidity (at least for the 2009 vintage) and soft, but not quite rounded tannins. Tastes like quite a bit of CS in this Brdx blend, but the winery web site says 75% Merlot and 25% CF. It's in a nice drinking place now, but should be better in 2-3 more years. Easy 91 now, and possible 92-93 going forward.
