Wednesday, July 14, 2021 - Bastille Day Celebration with Lots of Champagne Rosé (Park Ridge Country Club): Small glass, brief note. Slightly more black vs red cherry here with faint spice and meat notes. Good length, just not quite as forthcoming yet as I would expect, showing a fairly firm middle and finish. Probably needs more time.
