Saturday, April 30, 2011 - Decanted for 3 hours before dinner. Nice nose of dense red fruit, sous bois, and red florals. Incredibly lithe on the palate with cranberry, herbs, and beautiful floral tones. Went very well with pork tenderloin and roasted portabellos.
