Sunday, June 16, 2019 - In contrast to Winiac who I follow and trust... mine has been kept since release in a controlled cellar and it is still showing plenty of spice and fairly grippy tannins along with some definite tertiary qualities. I’m enjoying this one with Osso bucco and I would say it still has another good 5 years on the plateau.
