Monday, August 2, 2010 - [200ml, 11.5%, cork] Straw colour. Marmalade nose. No botrytis here. Actually smells icy. Lusciously sweet, but tinglingly acidic as well. Somewhat linear in flavour; vidal icewines don’t to me have a lot of complexity in the way of flavour, but the dance between sweetness and acidity provides the thrills. Good but not great.
