Sunday, March 22, 2015 - Problems with a disintegrating cork didn't get things off to a good start.
However I managed to salvage things with some muslin and a tea strainer!!
Great purple colour with a brick red rim.
Plenty of juicy summer fruit, creamy vanillin oak and a hint of spice (clove?)
Rich and smooth & should still go on for a few more years.
