Thursday, November 27, 2014 - Clear, pale garnet color. Clean aromas, medium+ intensity. Secondary notes of fig jam, mulled spice, turned earth and cut roses- developing. Dry on the palate with medium+ acid, medium tannins, medium alcohol and body. Fine and silky throughout with notes of fig, tea leaf, limestone minerality, eastern spice and violets. Elegant and finesse-driven but plenty of richness. Bright with polished tannins and moderate-long length on the finish. Showing well right now.
