Sunday, March 8, 2009 - Restaurant purchase. Nice nose of gravel and violets. Smooth and silky in the mouth, with light tannic structure, simple fruit, and decent earthiness. A nice Bordeaux, but nothing special. Tastes were quite muted, compared to the aroma. Seemed at the end of it's drinking window, so drink 'em if you got 'em.
