Monday, May 11, 2015 - May Lunch Club Tasting: Floral, pear, orange peel, slightest touch of honey. Has plenty of fruit sweetness and it has filled out since the last time I tried it, while still having the same good acid profile. Powerful but cleansed by the acidity. Developing well, still has some time left to go to hit its peak.
