Saturday, April 15, 2017 - Drank over two nights.
Deep, dark ox-blood with a petulant pour.
Oak, tobacco, leather off the nose.
Super dry, tannin is still present. Full bodied. Red licorice, cherries.
Long finish.
A quality wine for sure, but more suited as a food pairing wine.
